Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou inkluzivního vzdělávání v České republice. Po teoretické stránce práce definuje mnohé základní pojmy, jež jsou s inkluzí jako takovou úzce spojeny. Zabývá se legislativním rámcem, ale také faktory, které inkluzi a zejména pak její úspěšnost ovlivňují. V praktické části se těmito faktory zabývá z pohledu pedagogů, ale také zákonných zástupců. Výzkum poskytuje vhled do současné situace, ze které vyplývá, že je velmi obtížné výuku individualizovat, pakliže nemá pedagog dostatečnou podporu vedení, a to vzhledem k narůstajícímu počtu žáků se SVP ve třídách. Zásadní se také ukazuje nedostatečné kompetence ke vzdělávání žáků s vyšším stupněm podpůrných opatření. V zásadě lze říci, že zde velkou a pozitivní roli sehrávají asistenti pedagogů, kterých si učitelé začínají mnohem více vážit pro jejich přímou nápomoc v hodinách, ale i během příprav.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education in the Czech Republic. Theoretically, the thesis defines many basic concepts that are closely related to inclusion as such.It deals with the legislative framework, but also with the factors that influence inclusion and especially its success. In the practical part, it looks at these factors from the perspective of teachers, but also from the perspective of legal representatives. The research provides an insight into the current situation, which shows that it is very difficult to individualize teaching if the teacher does not have sufficient support from management, given the increasing number of pupils with SEN in classrooms. The lack of competence to educate pupils with higher levels of support measures also proves to be crucial. In principle, it can be said that teaching assistants play a large and positive role here, as teachers are beginning to value them much more for their direct assistance in the classroom, but also during preparation.
