Analysis of motivational factors of employees of cafes with speciality coffee and design of motivational strategy in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pracuje s odbornými znalostmi o motivaci, pracovní motivaci, pracovní spokojenosti a fluktuaci zaměstnanců v kontextu pohostinství v době pandemie COVID 19. Práce si dává za úkol vytvoření popisu a vytvoření profilu zaměstnance kaváren s výběrovou kávou s popisem hierarchie motivačních faktorů za účelem vypracování motivační strategie pro tyto specifické zaměstnance. Dílčím cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké změny způsobila pandemie COVID 19 v této konkrétní oblasti pohostinství, které bylo pandemií kriticky zasaženo.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis works with expert knowledge of motivation, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee turnover in the context of hospitality in the COVID 19 pandemic. The thesis aims to create a description and profile of an employee of coffee shops with selected coffee with a description of the hierarchy of motivational factors in order to develop a motivational strategy for these specific employees. The partial goal of the thesis is to answer the question of what changes were caused by the COVID 19 pandemic in this particular area of hospitality, which was critically affected by the pandemic.
