Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je poskytnout základní přehled o procesu prvního přijetí mezinárodního standardu účetního výkaznictví pro malé a střední podniky. V první části je přiblížena mezinárodní harmonizace účetních systémů a problematika malých a středních podniků v souvislosti s legislativou, regulačními opatřeními a především harmonizací účetnictví. Základ práce je tvořen charakteristikou požadavků na vykazování, oceňování a zveřejňování informací stanovených standardem IFRS pro SME a jejich komparací s požadavky dle českých účetních předpisů. Výsledkem praktického příkladu je sestavení zahajovací rozvahy české společnosti Alfa, s. r. o. k datu přechodu na IFRS pro SME a zhodnocení rozdílů, které vznikly na základě odlišností obou účetních systémů.

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to provide a basic overview of the firs-time implementation of International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entitis (IFRS for SMEs). The first part is intended to characterize the international harmonization of financial accounting and issues incurred in respect of legislation, regulatory measures and mainly harmonization of accounting of small and medium-sized entities. The basis of the thesis is comprised by describing of recognition, measurement presentation and disclosure requirements set out by IFRS for SMEs and their comparison with the requirements according to Czech Accounting Law. The result of the practic example is setting the Opening statement of financial position of a czech small company called Alfa, s. r. o. at the date of transition to the IFRS for SMEs and evalueting differences arised from applying different financial accounting framework.
