Abstract:
Cílem práce bude vytvoření návrhu optimalizace struktury poskytovaných benefitů na základě analýzy systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Základem pro splnění cíle práce bude analýza daňových a účetních aspektů zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis will be to create a proposal for optimizing the structure of provided benefits based on the analysis of the employee benefits system in the selected company. The analysis of tax and accounting aspects of employee benefits will serve as the basis for achieving the aim of the thesis.
