Principles of imposition of punishments

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem udílení trestů na chování jednotlivých skupin pachatelů trestných činů a snaží se posoudit, zda přísnost při udílení trestů přímo ovlivňuje pachatelovo chování při páchání trestné činnosti. Práce je založena po teoretickém úvodu převážně na zkušenostech odborníků z praxe, kteří se při své práci denně setkávají s pachateli protiprávní činnosti. Autor sám pracuje přes 20 let v oboru bezpečnosti, nejprve v oblasti komerční bezpečnosti, poté u městské policie. Stěžejní částí práce jsou kromě vlastních postřehů a zkušeností autora také rozhovory s příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů ČR.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of the imposition of sentences on the behavior of individual groups of offenders and tries to assess whether the severity of the imposition of sentences directly affects the offender's behavior when committing crime. The work is based, after a theoretical introduction, mainly on the experience of experts from practice, who in their work meet daily with the perpetrators of illegal activities. The author himself has been working in the field of security for over 20 years, first in the field of commercial security, then with the municipal police. In addition to the author's own observations and experiences, interviews with members of the security forces of the Czech republic.
