Specifics stemming from the dual role Teacher - Student

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na specifika dvojrole učitel 1. stupně ZŠ a student oboru Učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ v kombinované formě studia. V práci jsou nejprve ve dvou obsáhlých kapitolách popsány teoretické podklady pro část praktickou, které blíže přibližují oblasti celoživotního učení, druhé vzdělávací šance či vymezení profese učitele s jeho kompetencemi a rolemi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit specifika, se kterými se lidé žijící v této dvojroli potýkají, a to s prolnutím osobního, studijního a profesního života. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků empirického šetření, které proběhlo formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů realizovaných s jedinci splňujícími status dvojrole učitel-student.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the specifics of 1st grade Elementary school teacher and combined form of study University student of education for 1st grade of Elementary school in dual role. In two large chapters there are first described theoretical fundamentals for the practical part that outline the areas of lifelong education, second educational chance or defining teachers’ profession with their competences and roles more closely. The goal of this work is to find out the specifics that people who live in this dual role deal with - the interconnection of study and both personal and professional life. The practical part contains results of the empirical research evaluation that was carried out by interviewing people participating in both roles simultaneously.
