Socially pathological phenomena among members of the Police of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku přítomnosti sociálně patologických jevů u příslušníků Policie České republiky a jejím základním cílem je analyzovat sociálně patologické jevy, s nimiž je možné se setkat a následně na podkladě daných zjištění navrhnout vhodná preventivní opatření za účelem prevence těchto nežádoucích jevů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části této práce jsou vymezeny základní termíny vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu, a tedy zejména termín sociální patologie a sociálně patologického jevu, dále pak je nabídnuta základní klasifikace sociálně patologických jevů a také jejich příčiny a důsledky. Následně je pozornost věnována Policii České republiky a úkolům, které ve společnosti plní, vymezen je pojem a klasifikace Policie ČR a je blíže představena jejich významná úloha a činnost. V návaznosti na to jsou teoreticky vymezeny možné sociálně patologické jevy, se kterými je možné se v případě příslušníků Policie České republiky v současnosti setkat. Praktická část práce je založena na interpretaci výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi příslušníky Policie České republiky na téma sociálně patologických jevů, se kterými se ve své profesní praxi setkávají. Zjištěné výsledky jsou následně shrnuty a jsou na jejich základě formulována žádoucí doporučení za účelem pozitivního ovlivnění identifikovaného stavu. Závěr představuje shrnutí veškerých zjištěných výsledků a jejich ucelení za účelem vytvoření jednotného náhledu na zkoumanou problematiku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the presence of socially pathological phenomena among the members of the Police of the Czech Republic and its main objective is to analyze the socially pathological phenomena that can be encountered and then, based on the findings, to propose appropriate preventive measures to prevent these undesirable phenomena. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Within the theoretical part of this thesis, the basic terms related to the chosen topic are defined, in particular the term social pathology and socially pathological phenomena, then the basic classification of socially pathological phenomena is offered, as well as their causes and consequences. Subsequently, attention is paid to the Police of the Czech Republic and the tasks they perform in society, the concept and classification of the Police of the Czech Republic is defined and their important role and activities are presented in more detail. Following this, the possible social pathological phenomena that can be encountered in the case of the members of the Police of the Czech Republic today are theoretically defined. The practical part of the thesis is based on the interpretation of the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among members of the Police of the Czech Republic on the topic of social pathological phenomena they encounter in their professional practice. The conclusion is a summary of all the findings and their integration in order to create a unified view of the issue under study.
