Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním různých modifikací klasického hypotečního úvěru a jejich přínosem pro klienta. V teoreticko-metodologické části je popsán segment úvěrových produktů, problematika prověřování bonity a hlavní část je věnována základním parametrům hypotečního úvěru. Bachelor thesis presents a comparison of different modifications of classical mortgage loans and their benefit to the client.
