V první části diplomové práce se zabývám odměňováním práce v obecné rovině, mzdou a jejími funkcemi. Zejména funkcí alimentační, regulační, kompenzační a stimulační. Druhá část práce je věnována rozboru jednotlivých principů odměňování závislé práce. Především se věnuji principu spravedlivé odměny za práci, který je v praxi naplňován prostřednictvím mzdové diferenciace. Dále se zabývám principem smluvním …more
Abstract:
In the first part of my graduation thesis I focus on all basic functions of the wage and explained theirs action at the Czech law system. The second part of graduation thesis is aimed on the principles of the remuneration for the dependent work.
