Strategic analysis of Budweiser Budvar

Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza Budějovického Budvaru. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem této práce je komplexní zhodnocení strategické pozice Budějovického Budvaru. V teoretické části byl představen koncept a metody strategické analýzy a její hlavní nástroje. V praktické části byly tyto nástroje použity na Budějovickém Budvaru. Jednalo se o analýzu makrookolí, analýzu mikrookolí, analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a finanční analýzu. Na konci práce byly zjištěné informace syntetizovány ve formě SWOT matice. Poslední část se zabývala strategickými doporučeními na základě všech zjištěných informací.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of Budweiser Budvar. The thesis is split into two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The aim of this thesis is a complex evaluation of the strategic position of Budweiser Budvar. In the theoretical part there was introduced the concept and methods of a strategical analysis and its main tools. In the practical part those tool were used on Budweiser Budwar. It was a macro analysis, micro analysis, analysis of assets and capabilities and a financial analysis. At the end of the theses, all the information was synthesised in a form of SWOT matrix. The last part was about strategical recommendation on the basis of all the information obtained.
