Obsahem a cílem této práce je popsat dokumentaci klienta, dokumentaci jím využívaných produktů, způsob získávání informací o klientech, správu a údržbu získané dokumentace.
Abstract:
The main target of this diploma paper is to describe client’s and product’s documentation, the way of client’s data acquisition and client’s data maintenance.
