Bakalářská práce popíše problematiku kapitálového trhu a problematiku obchodování s finančními deriváty. Budou popsány hlavní světové burzy, včetně komoditních a burza cenných papírů Praha. Dále bude popsán princip OTC trhu a princip obchodování se zlatem, včetně těžby zlata a struktury trhu a bude provedena analýza trhu zlata ve světě za posledních 20 let.
