Judicial review of government actions
Abstract:
Tato práce bude sloužit čtenářům k pochopení základních principů fungování soudní kontroly orgánů veřejné správy v České republice. Dále by měla čtenáři poskytnout základní informace a data o činnosti Nejvyššího správního soudu od počátku jeho činnosti, včetně grafického znázornění jejího vývoje.
Abstract:
This work will serve the readers to understand the basic principles of judicial review of the public administration in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it should provide the reader with basic information and data on activity about the Supreme Administrative Court since the beginning of its activities, including graphical representation of its development.
