Neuronal activity and its statistical evaluation
Abstract:
In this thesis we study and define the Poisson process and his properties. Next we study the shifting proces, which represents a model of neuron activity. In the last chapter we use this theory, simulate and test null hypotesis using pre-programmed tests.Abstract:
V tejto diplomovej práci sa venujem zadefinovaniu Poissonovho procesu a jeho vlastnostiam, Poissonovmu procesu s posunutím, ktorý predstavuje model aktivity neurónu. Teoretické poznatky v poslednej kapitole využívame, simulujeme a pomocou naprogramovaných testov testujeme nulové hypotézy.
