Abstract:
Anotace Tato bakalářská práce jako celek sleduje jeden hlavní cíl, jímž je právní úprava nekalé soutěže v České republice. V první kapitole vysvětluji základní pojmy soutěže, dále pokračuji v objasnění právní úpravy nekalé soutěže, která vešla v platnost počátkem minulého roku a popisuji významnou část historie této problematiky. Annotation This bachelor thesis as a whole pursues one main objective of unfair competition legislation in the Czech Republic. The first chapter explains the basic concepts of competition , then moves explaining law of unfair competition , which came into force early last year and describes significant part of the history of this issue .
