Business plan

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for a zero-waste grocery and drug store in the city of Prešov. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a theoretical one, which provides a theoretical basis for a creation of business plan with the focus on its structure. In the second part, which is a practical one, this theoretical knowledge is further used for a conduction of the particular business plan that includes a description of NaberSi business, an environmental and SWOT analysis and a marketing and financial plan. In the end, the potential risks that may cause deviation from the plan are evaluated.

Abstract:

Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu pre reálnu bezobalovú predajňu potravín a drogérie v meste Prešov. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. V prvej, teoretickej časti je na teoretickej úrovni vymedzený postup tvorby podnikateľského plánu, so zameraním na jeho štruktúru. V druhej, praktickej časti práce, sú tieto teoretické poznatky použité na tvorbu konkrétneho podnikateľského plánu, ktorého súčasťou je popis podniku NaberSi, analýza prostredia a SWOT analýza, marketingový a finančný plán a nakoniec sú zhodnotené riziká, ktoré by mohli spôsobiť odchýlenie od plánu.
