Tato bakalářská práce vyhodnocuje přínos mezinárodních regulací k přetrvávajícímu problému dětské práce v souvislosti s jeho dosavadním vývojem. V první části práce je definována dětská práce, představena její historie a rozebrán její současný stav s ohledem na regiony a ekonomické sektory.
