Protection of Victims of Domestic Violence in Times of Emergency.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou oběti domácího násilí v době nouzového stavu. Diplomová práce se zabývá teorií domácího násilí, jeho formami, příčinami a možností identifikace. Dále se zabývá právní úpravou, která slouží k ochraně oběti domácího násilí a problematice nouzového stavu spojeného s pandemií. Závěr diplomové práce je věno-ván domácímu násilí v době pandemie a hypotézám, zda v souvislosti s nouzovým stavem došlo k nárůstů případů domácího násilí, zhoršení situace obětí a zda je právní úprava poskytující obětem pomoc dostatečná.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the protection of a victim of domestic violence in times of emergency. The thesis deals with the theory of domestic vi-olence, its forms, causes and possibility of identification. It also deals with the legal framework that serves to protect the victim of domestic violence and the issues of emergency associated with pandemic. The thesis concludes with a discussion of domestic violence during the pan-demic and hypothesizes whether the state of emergency has led to an increase in domestic violence cases, a worsening of the situation of victims, and whether the legislation providing assistance to victims is sufficient.
