Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vztah mezi využíváním fiskálních pravidel nebo fiskálních institucí a rozpočtovými výsledky. Práce poskytuje přehled existujících fiskálních pravidel a institucí v Evropské unii, objasňuje způsob jejich fungování a analyzuje jejich možný vliv na fiskální výsledky. Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to analyse the link between using fiscal rules or fiscal institutions and fiscal outcomes. The thesis explains how the fiscal rules and institutions work, presents a review of existing fiscal rules and institutions in European Union and analyses the possibility of an impact of fiscal rules and institutions on fiscal performance.
