Trends in Corporate Governance
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se pokoušel popsat základní vývojové trendy v Corporate governance. V první řadě jsem se zabýval samotným termínem Corporate governance, posléze jsem popsal významné kodexy a události, které tuto problematiku formovaly. Ke konci práce jsem se věnoval výseči z Corporate governance - odměňování členů správních orgánů a risk managementu – z pohledu platné právní úpravy.
Abstract:
In this thesis I was trying to describe general trends in Corporate governance. First of all I was dealing with the term Corporate governance, then i described important standards, which formed this matters. At the end of this work i was concerned with certain part of Corporate governance – remuneration of board members and risk management – in optics of current Czech legislation.
