Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je ocenění vybraného podniku. Pro ocenění hodnoty podniku byla vybrána stavební společnost HOSTAV Teplice s dvacetiletou působností na trhu. V teoretické části jsem vymezila a objasnila základní pojmy podnik a hodnota. Byly popsány postupy oceňování podniku a jednotlivé metody oceňování podniku. The subject of this diploma thesis is a valuation of a selected company. Hostav Teplice, a construction company that has been on the market for twenty years, has been selected for the valuation. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I have defined and clarified the basic terms like „the company“ and „the value“.
