Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupem učitelů a žáků oboru hra na klavír Základní umělecké školy Pavla Josefa Vejvanovského v Hlučíne k populární hudbě. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. První kapitoly práce představují teoretickou část. Předkládá cíle a hypotézy výzkumu, metodiku získávání potřebných dat a vysvětluje důležité pojmy související s danou problematikou.
