Frauds in insurance systém, their analysis, possibilities of sanction and prevention

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Pojistné podvody v pojišťovnictví, jejich analýza, možnosti sankcí a prevence“ je seznámení s pojmem pojistný podvod, s jeho příčinami, jejich zamezení a typy. Pojistné produkty obsahují množství nedokonalostí, čehož využívají pachatelé. Pojišťovny vynakládají velké náklady na boj s trestným činem pojistného podvodu. Tím si vytvářejí vlastní kontrolní útvary a týmy, které jsou specializované na danou trestní činnost. Pojišťovny vyvíjí nákladné informační systémy, které dokáží rozeznat podvodné jednání. Každá pojišťovna vytváří vlastní preventivní opatření, vlastní týmy určené ke kontrole a forezní audit včetně školení zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce přehledně popisuje problematiku pojistného podvodu v životním a neživotním pojištění a cílem je důraz na pojistné produkty, průběh pojištění, likvidace pojistné události a příklady, jak jsou pojistné podvody páchány, včetně jejich zamezení.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis „Insurance frauds in the insurance system on non-life and life insurance is identification with conception of insurance fraund, with its cause, prevention and types. Insurance products contain numer of shortcomings, from that ciminals derive benefit. Insurance companies spend big cista on the figur with crime of insurance fraund. By that they create their own control sections and teams that are specialized in given criminal activity. Insurance companies develop expensive information systeme that prove to recognise fraud dealing. Every insurance company creates its own precautionary measures, own teams established to control and forensic audit including training of the employees. The thesis tabularly describes the problem of insurance fraund in life and non-life insurance and the aim is the emphasis on insurance products, course of insurance, average settlement and examples, how he insurance frauds are commited including their prevention.
