Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele ve vinařském odvětví, konkrétně na území České republiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat povědomí a znalosti spotřebitelů v rámci ochrany spotřebitele, jejich zkušenosti s nekalým obchodním jednáním a organizacemi na ochranu spotřebitele.
