Duties of Employees Arising from an Employment Relationship and the Supervision of Compliance by an Employer
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o povinnostech zaměstnanců, které vyplývají pracovněprávních vztahů. Dále práce pojednává o způsobech kontroly zaměstnanců zaměstnavatelem a o možnostech sankciování zaměstnanců, když své povinnosti nedodrží.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the obligations of employees which result from the labor relations. Another issue which is dealt with are the ways of supervision over employees which can be used by an employer, and the possible sanctions of employees in case they do not comply with their obligations.
