Consultant, Specialist and Expert in Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá úlohou konzultanta, odborníka a znalce v trestním řízení. Informuje čtenáře o jejich funkci a náplni jejich aktivit. Nejdříve je popsán jejich historický vývoj a postupné navazování na sebe. Poté následuje jejich popis a popis aktuální právní úpravy. V závěru jsou prezentovány úvahy de lege lata a de lege ferenda. Práce je doplněna přílohami a seznamem tabulek a obrázků.
Abstract:
This work deals with a role of consultant, specialist and expert in criminal proceedings. It informs readers about their functions and discharges their activities. At first is described their historic progress and their successive continuation at each other. Then follow out the account of them and the actual legal form description.
