Evaluation of secondary school readiness for inclusion

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením připravenosti středních škol k inkluzi z hlediska učitelů. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy inkluze a integrace, principy inklu-zivního vzdělávání a jeho legislativní rámec. Poté následuje klasifikace podpůrných opat-ření a popis stupně vzdělání u osob s postižením v evropském měřítku. Dále je uvedena metodika hodnocení kvality inkluzivní školy. V praktické části je zkoumána připravenost středních škol k inkluzi z hlediska učitelů dotazníkovou metodou. Princip inkluzivního vzdělávání je sledován ve třech oblastech a to v oblasti politiky školy, kultury školy a praxe školy. Získané výsledky jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny v programu Excel. Závěrem jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření pro celkové hodnocení připravenosti středních škol k inkluzi v oblasti politiky, kultury a praxe školy z hlediska učitelů středních škol.

Abstract:

This work deals with the evaluation of the preparedness of secondary schools for inclusion from the point of view of teachers. In the theoretical part covers the concepts of inclusion and integration, the principles of inclusive education and its legislative fra-mework. This followed by the classification of support measures and the description of the level of education for persons with disabilities in the european scale. Furthermore, it is indicated the methodolgy of evaluation of the quality of the inclusive school. In the practi-cal part is studied the readiness of secondary schools for inclusion from the perspective of teachers questionnaire method. The principle of inclusive education is observed in three areas and in the area sof policy school, culture school and the practise school. Obtaining results are processed and evaluated in Excel. In conclusion, the results of the surfy for the overall assessment of the preparedness of secondary schools to be included in the school policy, culture and practise from the point of view of secondary school teachers are presen-ted.
