Tato bakalářská práce je rešeršní a zabývá se využitím extrakčních a chromatografických technik při dopingové kontrole. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na zakázané látky ve sportu a jejich zneužití, další kapitoly pojednávají o procesu odběru vzorku, laboratořích, extrakci a následné analýze. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of extraction and chromatographic techniques in doping control. The introductory part of the thesis is focused on the prohibited substances in sport and its abuse, the next chapters deal with the process of sample consumption, laboratories, extraction process and following analysis.
