Diplomová práce pojednává o sexuální kriminalitě. Teoretické část specifikuje historii sexuální kriminality, definuje trestné činy proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, jejich skutkové podstaty, příčiny a předcházení jejich páchání, popisuje roli pachatele a oběti, rizika související se sexuální kriminalitou a právní úpravu, která je se sexuální kriminalitou spjatá. The diploma thesis deals with sexual criminality. The theoretical section specifies the history of sexual criminality. It also defines crimes against human dignity in the sexual field, facts of these crimes, causes and preventiv.
