Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření konkrétních návrhů pro podporu konkurenceschopnosti podniku v době pandemie a zhodnocení vlivů zavedených opatření proti COVID 19 na provoz gastronomického zařízení. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create concrete suggestions on fostering competitiveness of an enterprise during the pandemic and to evaluate the impact of the introduced measures against COVID 19 on gastronomic enterprises.
