Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi, klíčovými a profesními kompetencemi i kompetencemi učitelek mateřských škol. Pojednává o učitelce v mateřské škole, která významnou měrou přispívá k předškolnímu vzdělávání a o školní zralosti/připravenosti dítěte. The thesis deals with key and professional competences and kindergarten teachers´ competences. It is focused on the kindergarten teacher who helps with the preschool education and preparation of the child.
