Srovnání podnikání v ČR a v Polsku
Abstract:
První kapitola stručně popisuje formy podnikání v České republice a Polsku. Druhá až jedenáctá kapitola se zaměřuje na srovnání rozdílných právních institutů společnosti s.r.o. od jejího vzniku až po její zánik.
Abstract:
The first chapter briefly describes forms of entrepreneurship in Czech republic and Poland. The second up to the eleventh chapter focuses on comparison of different legal institutes of limited liability company from establishment till termination.
Abstract:
Prvá kapitola stručne popisuje formy podnikania v Českej republike a Poľsku. Druhá až jedenásta kapitola sa zameriava na porovnanie rozdielnych právnych inštitútov spoločnosti s.r.o. od jej vzniku až po jej zánik.
