Prevention against the syndrome of teacher burnout in the second level of primary school

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem prevence proti syndromu vyhoření u učitelů druhého stupně. Zaměřuje se na problémy spojené se syndromem vyhoření u učitelů na druhém stupni základní školy a popisuje metody, které mohou zabránit či eliminovat vznik tohoto syndromu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy, jako je stres a jeho dělení, syndrom vyhoření, jeho příznaky, rizika a fáze vývoje. Dále je popsáno, jak může tento syndrom ovlivnit učitelskou profesi. Závěrečná část teoretické se zabývá prevencí a preventivními metodami. V praktické části této práce je použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli druhého stupně základních škol. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak vnímají učitelé syndrom vyhoření a jaké preventivní metody využívají. Výsledky této práce mohou přispět k lepšímu porozumění problematice syndromu vyhoření u učitelů a k identifikaci účinných preventivních opatření pro zlepšení jejich pracovního prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic prevention against burnout syndrome in second grade teachers. It focuses on the problems associated with burnout syn-drome in second grade elementary school teachers and describe methods that can prevent or eliminate the occurrence of this syndrome. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as stress and its division, burnout syndrome, its symptoms, risks and stages of development. It also describes how the syndrome can affect the teaching profession. The final theoreti-cal part deals with prevention and prevention methods.In the practical part of this thesis, a qualitative research method is used through semi-structured interviews with second grade primary school tea-chers. The aim of the research is to find out how teachers perceive burnout syn-drome and what preventive methods they use. The results of this work can contribute to a better understanding of the is-sue of burnout syndrome in teachers and to the identification of effective preven-tive measures to improve their working environment.
