Efficiency and development of managerial skills in organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu efektivity a rozvoje manažerských dovedností. Dovednosti jsou zde pojaty jako manažerské kompetence potřebné pro efektivní výkon manažerských pozic štábního útvaru logistika státní neziskové organizace. Cílem mé práce je zjistit skutečnou úroveň vybraných manažerských kompetencí a na základě teoretických podkladů vznést doporučení pro jejich efektivní rozvoj. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části – část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji, co je to management, a proč je důležitý a jaká jsou jeho specifika ve sledované organizační jednotce, kdo jsou to manažeři, jaké jsou na ně kladeny nároky a podrobně se věnuji manažerským kompetencím a podstatě jejich rozvoje. V části praktické provádím analýzu a empirické šetření. Na jejich základě vytvářím seznam doporučení.

Abstract:

Bachelor project is devoted to the topic of efficiency and development of managerial skills. Skills are understood here as the managerial skills necessary for effective performance of management positions in staff logistics department of State non-profit organization. The aim of this work is determine the actual level of selected managerial competence and on the base of theoretical basis create any recommendations for their effective development. This bachelor project is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is a description of management itself and why is so important and what are the specifics in the observed organizational unit. Then follows the specification of the managers , what are the claims at them and also detailed description of managerial competencies and nature of their development. In the practical part you can find the analysis and empirical investigation. On this basis I have created a list of recommendations.
