Bakalárska práca skúma gastronomické služby na Slovensku a v Rakúskych Alpách. V nadväznosti na ciele bola definovaná hypotéza: Možno predpokladať, že kvalita poskytovaných služieb vo vybraných prevádzkach na slovenskom je rovnaká ako vo vybraných prevádzkach v Rakúsku.
