Dizertace se zaměřuje na funkcionální a neutrální diferenciální rovnice třetího řádu, přičemž obě rovnice jsou studovány v lineárním i nelineárním případě. Hlavním cílem dizertace je vyšetřování vlivu zpož\-dě\-ní a předcházení na asymptotické vlastnosti řešení studovaných rovnic a odvození efektivních kritérií, která zajistí požadované vlastnosti řešení. In this dissertation we focus on third-order functional differential equations and third order neutral differential equations. We deal with both linear and nonlinear versions of these equations.
