Importance and possibilities of asymmetric dimethylarginine determination
Abstract:
Tato literární rešerše shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o metabolismu asymetrického dimethylarginu a příčinách jeho zvýšené koncentrace v organismu. Referuje o jeho vztahu ke kardiovaskulárním chorobám a NO. V druhé části podává stručný přehled o dosud publikovaných metodách stanovení.
Abstract:
This literature search gives a summary of findings about metabolism of asymmetric dimethylarginine and about reasons of its increased concentration in organism. Report on its relation with cardiovascular dieseases and NO. In the second part presents information about still published methods.
