Tato práce se zabývá postavením ženy v roli manažerky. První kapitola je věnována historickému vývoji postavení ženy. Na to navazuje stručný popis současné role ženy ve společnosti. Následující kapitola je věnována typologii správného manažera, manažerky. Na to navazuje text, ve kterém jsou porovnávány rozdíly mezi muži a ženami.
