Abstract:

Práce se zabývá obměnou technologického vybavení pilnice ve společnosti TESGRUP s.r.o. Je popsán současný stav a problémy, se kterými se podnik setkává z hlediska dřevařských technologií. Je nalezeno slabé místo technologického toku a návrh jeho odstranění. Pro rekonstrukci provozu jsou zpracována tři různá technologická řešení, jejich následný konkrétní výběr a porovnání s dopadem do ceny a doby návratnosti těchto investic. Práce bude sloužit jako podklad při rozhodování výběru konkrétního vybavení.

Abstract:

Main subject of the thesis is diversification of the sawmills technology equipment in the TESGRUP s.r.o company. Actual condition is described also with problems that business is facing from the woodworking point of view. Weak spot of the technology flow and its solution is specified. Three different technology solutions are described for reconstruction of the operation, as their later specific choosing, which involved comparison of impact for price, but also payback time of the investments. Thesis will serve as a decision making material for choosing of specific equipment
