Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá uplatněním controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Jejím cílem je vyhodnocení současného stavu, posouzení úlohy controllingu za použití patřičných metod a na základě této analýzy navrhnutí případných řešení směřujících ke zlepšení. Práce je aplikována na společnost ZVVZ MACHINERY, a. s., nacházející se v Jihočeském městě Milevsko. Skládá se ze dvou částí - z teoretické a aplikační. První, teoretická část, pojednává o základních pojmech souvisejících s controllingem, zabývá se jeho definicemi, historií, řeší jeho podstatu a koncepci. Dále se zaměřuje na cíle, funkce, organizační začlenění, přiblížení profilu controllera a základní dělení controllingu. V teoretické části je také vysvětlena podstata metody Balanced Scorecard, která byla využita jako jeden z návrhů zlepšení. Druhá část práce aplikuje teoretické poznatky. Nejprve seznamuje čtenáře se společností, jeho historií, organizační strukturou, postavením na trhu a na základě různých metod jako je řízený rozhovor, studium interních publikací, pozorovaní, osobní dotazování, zjišťuje stávající stav controllingu a posuzuje jeho činnosti.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is concerned with the application of controlling in the chosen company. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current situation, the review of the task of controlling by using appropriate methods and on the base of this analysis to propose possible solutions to improve. The thesis is applied to the company ZVVZ MACHINERY, a. s., located in Milevsko – South Bohemia. It consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part discusses about the basic concepts related with controlling, its history, solves its essence and concept. It also focuses on the objectives, functions, organizational integration, approach profile of the controller, a basic division of controlling. The theoretical part also explains the essence of the Balanced Scorecard method, which was used as one of the suggestions for improvement. The second part applies the theoretical knowledge. This part introduces the company, its history, organization, structure, market position at first. It identifies the current status of controlling and assessing its activites on the base of different methods such as controlled conversation, study of internal publications, observations, personal interview.
