The Burnout Syndrome in Practice of the Special Education
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je syndrom vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků věnujících se dětem s poruchami emocí a chování. V práci jsou vymezeny problematika syndromu vyhoření a pedagogická profese a následně pomocí teoretických poznatků a výzkumného šetření analyzovány determinanty syndromu vyhoření ve speciálně pedagogické praxi.
Abstract:
Theme of this diploma thesis is the burnout syndrome in the professional group of educators of children with emotional and behavioural disorders. There are defined the burnout syndrome and pedagogical profession and then analyzed determinants of the burnout syndrome in special education practice from theoretical view and also by research.
