Abstract:

V současnosti dochází v oblasti managementu bezpečnosti k zavádění nových přístupů k odpovědnosti. Jedním z nich je i koncept Just culture, který je již součástí práva Evropské unie, upravujícího právo civilního letectví. Přesto však se jedná o koncept přinejmenším v českém právu prakticky neznámý. Tato práce se zabývá povahou Just culture z hlediska jeho teoretického a právního vymezení, jakož i jeho vztahem a kompatibilitou s právním řádem České republiky. Cílem práce je podnítit zájem odborné veřejnosti o tuto problematiku a oblast práva.

Abstract:

There are currently being implemented new approaches to accountability in the domain of safety management. Just culture, a part of the European union law reg-ulating civil aviation, is one of those. Nevertheless, in Czech law this concept is virtually unknown. This thesis deals with the nature of Just culture from the view-point of its theoretical and legal definition as well as with the relationship and compatibility of Just culture and system of law in the Czech Republic. The objec-tive is to prompt interest of professional community in the issue and the related area of law.
