Abstract:
Diplomant se bude zabývat otázkou vymezení institutu pojistných podmínek a jejich řádné inkorporace do pojistné smlouvy. Na tomto základě bude na podkladě provedené rešerše konkrétních ujednání dostupných pojistných podmínek posuzován projev zákonných korektivů ochrany slabší smluvní strany v kontextu pojistných podmínek. The author will deal with the issue of defining the institute of insurance conditions and their proper incorporation into the insurance contract. Based on a search of specific arrangements of available insurance conditions, the manifestation of legal correctives of protection of the weaker party in the context of insurance conditions will be assessed.
