Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou trestného činu vraždy novorozeného dítěte matkou. Věnuje se právní úpravě tohoto trestného činu a jeho skutkové podstatě. Dále pojednává o profilu a psychickém stavu pachatelky a o jejím motivu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the crime of murder of a newborn child by the mother. It deals with the legal regulation of this crime and its factual nature. It also discusses the profile and mental state of the offender and her motive.
