Charakter mandátu poslance Evropského parlamentu (dále jen EP) má určitá specifika, která ho odlišují od poslance parlamentu národního. The character of the MEP mandate has some specific features that distinguish it from the mandate of the member of a national Parliament. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on the elections in the EP and the activities of its deputies that make the picture of their mandate complete.
