Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem zaměstnanecké benefity motivují zaměstnance a zajišťují jejich loajalitu. Teoretickou část práce zpracuji na základě odborných východisek v oboru sociologie práce a personalistiky, oblasti motivace zaměstnanců, benefitů a odměňování. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how employee benefits motivate employees and ensure their loyalty.
