Economic incentives strategic industrial zone Triangle: Expectations and Reality

Abstract:

Předmětem práce je popsat a vyhodnotit situaci v strategické průmyslové zóně Triangle z hlediska doby návratnosti sdružené investice Ústeckého kraje a českého státu, typu výrobní činnosti a stávajících a plánovaných počtů pracovních míst v SPZ Triangle. V úvodní části práce jsou charakterizovány strategické zóny a přímé zahraniční investice, se kterými souvisí veřejné pobídky. Dále je popsán vznik a aktuální stav v SPZ Triangle včetně počtu pracovních míst, které zóna nabídla. Také jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny údaje o předpokládaném vývoji počtu pracovníků v SPZ Triangle, vyplývající z plánovacích smluv uzavřených mezi jednotlivými investory a Ústeckým krajem pro následující roky. V závěru práce jsou výsledné hodnoty porovnány s očekávanými údaji pro rok 2013 a 2015, které predikovala studie Ekonomických dopadů SPZ Triangle z roku 2008 (Zahradník, Jedlička, 2008).

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the situation in the strategic Triangle industrial zone, in terms of pooled investment payback period of Usti Region and the Czech state, in terms of the type of manufacturing activity, and in terms of existing and planned number of jobs in the SIZ Triangle. In the first part of this thesis are described the strategic zones and foreign direct investment related to public incentives. It also describes the formation and current state in the SIZ Triangle, including the amount of jobs that zone offered. There are also processed and evaluated data on assumed development of number of jobs in the SIZ Triangle, resulting from planning agreements concluded between investors and the Ústí region for the following years. In conclusion, the values are compared with the expected data for 2013 and 2015 which were predicted by economic impact study of SIZ Triangle 2008 (Zahradník, Jedlička, 2008).
