Absolventská práce pojednává o výběru zaměstnanců v organizaci a o metodách výběru. Práce je zaměřená na metodu assessment centre. Popisuje její podstatu, průběh a cvičení, které se při assessment centre využívají.
Abstract:
Graduate work deals about the selection of employees in the organization and methods of selection. The work is focused on the method of assessment centre. Describes its nature, the proces and exercises at assessment centres use.
