Cashflow management in property companies
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je objasnění problematiky cash flow a jeho významu při řízení nemovitostních společností. Obsahuje informace o metodách, užití při procesu plánování a o postavení v každodenním řízení. Na příkladu konkrétních společností je rozebrán proces identifikace a analýzy nedostatků a problematických oblastí a implementace řešení.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is to illustrate the issues of cash flow and its importance in the management of real estate companies. It contains information on used methods, on application in the planning process and its place in an everyday management. The specific example presents the process of identification and analysis of weaknesses and problem areas and way of resolution.
