Tato diplomová práce pojednává o pozitivních a negativních aspektech online řízení v mezinárodní obchodní arbitráži. Cílem práce je představit tento institut a na vybraných fázích poukázat na možná úskalí. Kromě představení online arbitráže z pohledu českého právního prostředí, práce taktéž analyzuje nová pravidla a řády vybraných stálých rozhodčích soudů. This diploma thesis deals with the positive and negative aspects of online proceedings in international commercial arbitration. The aim of the thesis is to introduce this institute and identify in the particular phases' possible pitfalls.
